- Staff at the front desk sucks. We have a road-trip from Osaka to Fukuoka, it’s a long distance driving so we decided to have a rest in this town. I’m not a Japanese speaker but my friend is. He asked me about parking issues, I barely understand Japanese so my friend just answered it for me. And then that dude just ignored my friend and shouted that question to me again, yes, he SHOUTED that question even though he knew I don’t speak Japanese. I think I’m not a picky person but this guy’s attitude towards non-native Japanese speaker is unacceptable. if you are not a native Japanese speaker, you probably need to pass the N1 Japanese language test before check-in this hotel.

The room was very standard with its own bathroom. Clean and cozy. I like how they were promoting you not to spend too much energy and gave you a free water bottle if you don’t request cleaning. Free morning breakfast was nice and very good. Close to the shotengai. Not that long of a walk to the station.
Wifi was horrible for me. I just used my pocket wifi during my stay.
